About the Size

Weight15 g

Light one when the room needs a gentler rhythm: a Satya incense stick made for meditation corners, evening pauses and quiet daily ritual. The coated bamboo stick releases a steady, temple-like fragrance that gives a space warmth without needing anything elaborate.

The scent as it settles

  • It has a soft, devotional feel, the kind of fragrance often linked with yoga rooms, shrines and still corners at home.
  • The smoke rises in a fine thread at first, then spreads slowly through the room.
  • It suits moments of transition: before sitting down to meditate, after tidying a room, or when the day needs a clear full stop.
  • The visible brown coated sticks and warm-toned Satya box give it a classic Indian incense feel.
  • It is simple to make part of a small ritual, with one stick, a holder and a little quiet space.

Hand-rolled incense on bamboo

These are hand-rolled coated incense sticks on a bamboo core, made in India as part of the Satya incense range. The style is familiar from Indian incense making, where a coating is rolled around a slim stick.

How to burn it safely

Light the coated end, let the flame catch briefly, then blow it out so the tip glows. Place the plain end in a heat-resistant incense holder or ash catcher, away from curtains, papers and draughts.

Burn in a ventilated room and never leave incense unattended. Allow the ash to cool fully before clearing it away.

Satya and the Indian incense tradition

Satya incense is closely associated with Indian stick incense. The word ‘yogic’ points to that setting: a small sensory cue for people who like to mark the beginning or end of practice with scent, smoke and attention. It is an easy ritual object, modest in size but strong in atmosphere.

Pack size and burn time

Each pack contains 15 g of incense, approximately 15 sticks. Each stick has an approximate burn time of 30 minutes. The packaging is recyclable.

A thoughtful small gift

Choose it for someone who practises yoga, keeps a meditation corner, or enjoys classic Indian incense at home. It also works well as a small add-on to a candle, crystal, journal or incense holder.

Common questions

Do I need a special holder?
Use an incense holder or ash catcher that can support the stick securely and collect falling ash. A heat-resistant surface underneath is best.
