About this product
The downward smoke effect
- Made for a dedicated backflow burner, where the smoke sinks through channels rather than rising straight up.
- The hollow base of each cone lets cooler, denser smoke fall, creating the waterfall effect backflow incense is known for.
- It feels more visual than a stick or coil, something to watch as well as smell.
- Place it where the air is still, as draughts can break the slow cascade.
Warm Palo Santo fragrance
The scent is Palo Santo, with a woody warmth that suits slow evenings, reflective practice and a softly scented room. It is part of the Jumbo Golden Nag backflow incense cone range, made in India.
How to use it well
Set one cone on a compatible backflow burner, making sure the hole in the cone lines up with the burner’s smoke channel. Light the tip, let it catch, then gently blow out the flame so the cone smoulders.
Use on a heatproof surface, away from curtains, pets and open windows. Let the cone finish completely before moving the burner, then clear away the ash once cool.
Palo Santo in context
People often choose this style of incense for intention-setting, meditation spaces or a quiet pause at the end of the day, where the falling smoke becomes part of the atmosphere.

★★★★★ SHAMTAM customerBeautiful smell - White Sage & Lavender
Love it! Smells delightful. Bought one to try and will definitely be buying more. White sage is one of my favourite scents so partnered with Lavender it's perfect. Not as long lasting as I would want but decent enough for the scent and it fills the room nicely. Will try others but this one is a winner. Thank you. Love
