About this product

Purple stones, golden branches, a quiet little canopy
  • The amethyst chips range from pale lilac to deeper violet, giving the crown a natural, uneven sparkle.
  • Fine metal wires form the branches, so the tree can be gently opened out and arranged to suit its place.
  • The twisted trunk gives it a bonsai-like presence, small in scale but visually full.
  • A pale stone base keeps the piece grounded, with a simple painted floral motif on the front.
  • It works beautifully where light can reach it, letting the purple stones show their colour through the day.
Amethyst in crystal tradition

Amethyst has long been associated with calm, clarity and contemplation, and is often linked in crystal practice with the crown chakra. Here, that meaning sits in a decorative form: a gemstone tree that feels thoughtful rather than ornate, suited to a bedside table, altar space or a quiet reading corner.

Gemstones, wire and a stone base

The tree is made with amethyst gemstones set onto metal wires, rising from a stone base. The branches are part of the charm: they can be shaped by hand, so the canopy can look more rounded, airy or windswept depending on how you arrange it.

How to shape and care for it

Open the branches slowly, starting near the trunk and working outwards so the wires are not pulled too sharply. Place it on a stable, dry surface, away from knocks or busy edges.

Dust with a soft dry cloth or a small clean brush. Avoid soaking the stone or wires, and do not use harsh cleaners on the base or gemstone chips.

Gem trees in context

Gemstone trees are a familiar form in Indian and Asian-inspired décor, combining mineral colour with the symbolic shape of a tree. In Feng Shui and related decorative traditions, tree forms are often used to represent growth, steadiness and abundance, while crystal collectors may choose a stone for its traditional associations. This amethyst version keeps the idea simple: purple stones arranged like leaves, a golden-toned wire trunk, and a grounded base that turns a natural mineral into a small contemplative sculpture.

Common questions

Can I reshape the branches?
Yes. The metal wire branches are designed to be arranged gently, so you can spread the amethyst stones into the shape you prefer.
Will each tree look exactly the same?
No. The stone chips vary naturally in tone and shape, and the branches can be positioned differently, so each tree has its own character.
Is this a real plant?
No. It is a decorative crystal tree made from amethyst gemstones, metal wires and a stone base, so it needs no watering or pruning.

AstraVeda 7 Chakra Tree of Life – Crystal

The AstraVeda 7 Chakra Tree of Life – Crystal Tree is simply breathtaking and exquisitely delicate. The artistry is remarkable; each crystal is carefully assembled into the wires, creating a stunning design that truly captivates the senses. I chose this enchanting tree as a gift for my uncle, a deeply spiritual person, and I couldn't be more delighted with my choice. Inside the package, you'll find a small certificate attesting to the authenticity of the crystals, along with a description of the seven unique types used in their creation. The stand is thoughtfully weighted, ensuring the tree remains beautifully balanced. When unboxing, you'll find the experience quite engaging as you gently adjust each strand to fully reveal this exquisite work of art; the malleable wires allow for a delightful unfolding process. Adding to the allure, the gift includes a charming chakra tree of life pendant, allowing you to wear it as a necklace and keep the healing energy of the crystals close to your heart. In essence, this is a truly magnificent gift for anyone who appreciates the beauty and power of crystals and healing. It's not just a piece of art; it's a loving gesture filled with meaning and spirit.

I'm never going back to Bonsai trees!

I initially bought this Cornelian Gemstone Tree to brighten up my home office. But it was so beautiful, the room didn't do it justice. I settled for keeping it on the sunny kitchen window ledge. The light shining through really enhances the colour of the crystals and the variation of shades. In autumn it was simply stunning with the backdrop of autumnal leaves in the garden. Everyone that comes to my house comments on it! I didn't buy it for the crystal properties so can't comment on that. But if like me you are buying one for their aesthetic appearance, with the right colour combinations and lighting, these trees are a stunning focal point. It comes in a nice box, so would make an ideal gift. On unboxing, the wire 'branches' need untwisting and bending into shape. It takes a little time to get the tree fully unfolded and in a pleasing shape, but it's not too fiddly. One of the crystals did drop off in the process, but this is to be expected with 300 of them intricately wired in. I am pleased with the quality, and think it's very good value for money. I wasn't sure if I liked the tree base initially, being an inch and a half high it's prominent. I also thought it could have been wider for stability - but that hasn't been a problem. There were the two necklace pendants available to buy with the tree. They were a cheap add on, but disappointingly cheap looking.
