About this product
What makes them feel special
- The black rose colour gives them a striking, grown-up look, especially in a monochrome bathroom or a dramatic gift arrangement.
- Each flower offers the pleasure of something decorative that is also made to be used, not kept untouched forever.
- The rose shape brings a floral, romantic note without feeling sweet or predictable.
- Drop petals into warm bath water and watch the sculpted form become soft, fragrant foam.
- They suit a guest bathroom, a self-care basket, or a small ritual beside the bath.
How to use the petals
Place a soap flower, or a few petals, into warm bath water and let them soften into lather. Use more for a richer bath, or keep the gesture small with just a few petals.
They can also sit decoratively in a bowl or dish until you are ready to use them. Keep them dry before use so the petal shape stays neat.
Black rose colour and gentle fragrance
The colour is the main visual statement here: deep, sleek and unusual for a flower. It feels more like evening light than a fresh garden bouquet.
The soap is fragranced, giving the bath a soft scented touch as the petals dissolve.
Soap petals
These are soap flowers, shaped into medium rose forms. They are made in China as part of the Craft Soap Flowers range.
The meaning of a dark rose
Roses have long carried meanings of affection, beauty and remembrance in European flower symbolism. A black rose is more modern and dramatic, often chosen for mystery, elegance and a sense of transition rather than the traditional sweetness of red or pink. In soap-flower form, that symbolism becomes playful: a flower that looks ornamental, then disappears into warm water and scent. It is a small reminder that beauty does not always need to be preserved. Sometimes it is better used.

★★★★★ SHAMTAM customerA Romantic and Long-Lasting Floral Gift
I got this red 3-head artificial rose bouquet, and it is a lovely, thoughtful alternative to traditional flowers that will wilt within a week. These aren't just standard plastic decorations; they are actually soap flowers, where the petals are crafted from scented soap. This gives them a delicate, realistic look and a
